Radio Network
The radio network is the infrastructure of the digital radio communication system. It contains of radio antennas which secure radio coverage in all of Denmark. Moreover, it contains of digital switchboards, which makes it possible to get in contact with those who are needed. The radio network is based on Tetra technology.


Radios
Radios are used by the emergency services to communicate with each other, and the radios are either portable or mobile. The emergency services can only buy radios which have been certified to go on the SINE radio network. The reason for this is to keep the network secure. 


Control Room Software 
Control room software is used to control the communication between the emergency services’ control room and the persons and units that are on the radio network. This means that the software connects the control rooms and the users of the radios.
